Original shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method. Drunk Fish does not provide refunds for used products or items with opened or damaged packaging. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and we do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
Please note that this guarantee does not extend to wholesale orders, customized products, or purchases made through Unauthorized Resellers.
Packages returned to our warehouse as unclaimed, undeliverable, no access, incorrect address provided, expired forwarding address, or lacking a mail receptacle will be automatically refunded, minus the initial shipping charges, and may incur a 15% restocking fee. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the order placement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries for a flat rate of $36.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Drunk Fish LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@drunkfish.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
